I have a plan! For this week anyway. ;) So heeere we go.
Monday (that's today): Carrie's burritos. Mmmmmm.
Tuesday: Cream Cheese Chicken with egg noodles and roasted broccoli. (I'm also going to make cookies..mmmmmmm again.)
Wednesday: Garlic Tomato Chicken
Thursday: Chicken and Dumplings
Friday: Chicken soft tacos
Sat and Sun: You guys are on your own.
Yes I know that's 4 days in a row of chicken. Get used to it. Chicken is cheap and versatile. Somewhere in all this cooking, I'm going to try to make flour tortillas. And some bread. And cupcakes. I'm in a baking mood even though I suck at it.
And, since I'm going to cook and plan and only shop once a week (HA!) I'm going to need more storage space. So this is going to have to change.
